Thai Nguyen University of Education Signs MoU with Duy Tan University to Promote Cooperation in Digital Learning Resource Development

On September 15, 2025, Thai Nguyen University of Education (TUE) hosted the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Duy Tan University, alongside the launch of a training program on developing microlearning materials.

The ceremony took place solemnly at TUE with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Xuan Truong – Rector of the University, together with representatives of affiliated units. From Duy Tan University, Dr. Le Nguyen Bao – President of Duy Tan University – attended the event, accompanied by leaders from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the CSE Center, the Online and Second Degree Training Center, the Silver Swallow Studio, and the Graduate Training Office.

In his welcome remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Xuan Truong emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two universities in enhancing training quality and promoting digital transformation in education. Dr. Le Nguyen Bao affirmed that Duy Tan University is always ready to accompany TUE in cooperative programs, particularly in developing digital learning resources and online training.

The signed MoU serves as an important foundation for future collaboration activities, ranging from academic exchange and scientific research to the advancement of modern educational technologies.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, a training session on developing microlearning resources was held at Conference Room A – Lecture Hall B4, attracting nearly 70 participants including staff, lecturers, teachers, and technical officers. Key topics covered included:

- Principles and processes of developing microlearning materials in the digital era

- Practical applications and implementation experiences of microlearning at Duy Tan University

The discussion and Q&A session was lively and engaging, enabling TUE’s staff and lecturers to gain valuable knowledge and practical approaches for deploying digital learning resources.

The signing ceremony and training program not only expanded the cooperative relationship between TUE and Duy Tan University but also reaffirmed TUE’s commitment to innovating teaching methods, developing digital learning resources, and promoting digital transformation in education.
