On the afternoon of May 3, 2019, at the Hall C1, the Literature Department organized a Career and Employment Day program with the spirit of "for students and for students".

Attending the program were representatives of employers, Faculty Boards, all lecturers and a large number of Literature students. Career and Career Day is an opportunity for students to meet employers, better understand the training needs of educational institutions inside and outside the public. This is also an opportunity for students to show their ability, experience and career orientation from there to introduce to employers of the students of the Faculty.

Speaking at the program, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ngo Thi Thanh Quy - Secretary of the Party cell, Dean of the Faculty emphasized: with the philosophy of Humanitarian Education - Innovation - Integration, the long-term and sustainable goal of the Faculty is to building images of dynamic, creative and highly responsible Literature students who are capable of working in a diverse and challenging educational environment. The program will be a bridge between the University and recruiting units from which the Faculty has the basis to update and enhance the applicability in the training program.

In the Career and Employment Day program, Faculty of Literature students were exchanged, listening to the sharing about recruitment needs and conditions for newly graduated students to be accepted and work. at the company from the recruiters: Ms. Quach Thi Thao - representing the Education Education Fly Education system; Mr. Hoang Khanh Vinh, Ms. Tong Khanh Linh, Ms. Nguyen Thu Nga - representatives of PSL Training & Development Company. At Career Day and job counseling, many students of Faculty of Literature were introduced to work for educational institutions. Hopefully, the meeting between employers and students of Literature will create many job opportunities for students in the future.
