From April 18, 2023 to April 26, 2023, implementing the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two universities within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program (funded by the European Union), the TNUE delegates led by Assoc.Prof. Bui Duc Nguyen - Vice Rector as Head of the delegation visited and worked at the University "Dunarea de Jos University of Galati", Romania (DJUG). DJUG's representative discussed with the delegation, including Prof. Georgescu Puiu Lucian - President and 5 DJUG vice-presidents.

The seminar was to facilitate the cooperation between the two Universities under the chairmanship of Prof. Georgescu Puiu Lucian and Assoc.Prof. Bui Duc Nguyen took place in a friendly, open and warm atmosphere. The two Sides exchanged information on the training and research capacity to increase understanding and seek cooperation opportunities. Prof. Georgescu Puiu Lucian emphasizes that DJUG hasbeen cooperating with many educational institutions around the world. However, this is the first time DJUG is visited by a delegation from a university in Vietnam. Therefore, this visit of TNUE has an important meaning, promoting understanding and cooperation between DJUG and universities in Vietnam.

The delegation under the co-chair of Assoc.Prof. Bui Duc Nguyen and Prof. Silvius Stanciu, Prof. Dr. Elena Mereuţă of DJUG organized seminars related to governance, development of training programs and quality accreditation, discussed with DJUG's leadership representatives the results achieved by TNUE, the challenges in the context of management autonomy, educational innovation, digital transformation and educational integration.
