General knowledge
PLO1: Understand and apply basic knowledge about the philosophy of Marxism and Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, Vietnamese laws, and national defense during working and daily life.
PLO2: Understand and apply basic knowledge about psychology, pedagogy, and management into arranging both Mathematically related and educational activities in high school.
1.2. Specialisty knowledge
PLO3: Understand foundation knowledge in areas of Mathematics; use them in teaching and educating Mathematics at upper secondary level.
PLO4: Understand in-depth knowledge in certain special areas of Mathematics; use them in Mathematics researches.
PLO5: Understand and apply both basic knowledge about Mathematics teaching didactics and supply understandings into conceiving, organizing, and managing the Mathematics teaching process in upper secondary schools.
1.3. Competences
General competences
PLO6: Communicate in an effective way with students, colleagues, students’ parents and related parties.
PLO7: Can offer professional advice and support students in teaching, educating and vocational guiding activities.
PLO8: Achieve IC3, ICDL, MOS or equivalent Informatics levels; use them in professional work and in education.
PLO9: Achieve the Third level of English proficiency according to the Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency (VSTEP); use it in communication activities.
PLO10: Execute self-experiencing activities to search for start-up opportunities and guide others to discover similar opportunities.
Professional competences
PLO11: Discover and solve some Mathematics and Mathematics teaching issues.
PLO12: Can plan, construct tools, gather and analyze data to evaluate learners’ progress while studying Mathematics.
PLO13: Show independence during thinking and working, put forth appropriate critics, and adapt to changes in the work environment.
1.4. Self-control competence and responsibilities
PLO14: Understand and conform to regulations about teachers’ moralities and workplace democracy in upper secondary schools.
PLO15: Can work independently or in teams under changing working conditions, are responsible for personal works and in teams, demonstrate personal opinions about problems which require solutions.
PLO16: Aware the demand and can establish a life-long study plan.
